We are two minutes level walk from paignton bus and train stations taking you directly to SOUTH DEVON COLLEGE TQ4 7EJ or Exeter and Plymouth City centres, and being a tourist resort we have all the attractions of city night life without the expense. We also have a great beach and other attractions like quay west water slide park . If you are attending Exeter or Plymouth uni we may be able to offer further discounts to help with commute costs. We will give you much better value for money than a `room` in the city. Lots of extras included in basic price helping you stay organised and relaxed . We have had several students stay here and commute without a problem.

Our loan guarantor option for parents or guardians means peace of mind for everybody and a really great deal on a genuinely nice place to live. (Grades up students!!!)

It works by the parent or guardian signing the lease section saying they will cover the full cost of the lease if it is defaulted for any reason, 15% off, that simple!!

These prices include utilities, basic cable tv broadband phone line and tv licence. Phone, tv and internet connection upgrades can be negotiated as extras. Parking is available for £5 extra per week (one space). Pets are welcome at £5 extra per week and must not be left in the flat alone. Kids, smokers and wheelchair users are also welcome. Unfortunately we do not accept D.S.S at this time. Spare beds can be made available for occasional guests and we also have high chairs and cots for residents use. You can organise payment of council tax yourself or we can make arrangements. Attic storage space is available for small extra charge.

Significant discount can be claimed depending on what rent advance you are able to pay. The minimum requirement is 1 months rent advance and 1 months deposit advance. We will also require your participation in reference checks and a rent guarantee scheme that we will pay for.

If you are able to pay for full term in advance we will offer a discount of 15% on the full price saving you hundreds of pounds. There will be no need for checks if you pay in full or term by term with student/college I.D

We can also offer to total up all charges and organise your council tax and put everything in to one amount to be charged including 15% discount off rent. Our on site manager Karen can help you with any day to day logistics. This is ideal if you are from a foreign country and want as much time as possible to travel around. We are 2 minutes from train and bus stations (3 hrs from London) and we have excellent on site security so you can be gone for days with no worry. Our on site laundry service, £7.50 for wash, dry and fold, ironing extra, means you can avoid laborious trips to a commercial laundry and a flat filled with wet washing or clothes.
