  Flat 3 has extra wide doors, an open plan kitchen, and a specially designed `Wet Room` bathroom to make it suitable for wheelchair users.

  All the kitchens have their own microwave, cooker, fridge, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, utensils and saucepans.

  The lounges are spacious and comfortable with digital sky TV (Full Package).

• Bed linen, Heating & Electricity
  Bed linen, heating and electricity are all supplied free. Bathroom supplies should be brought with you.
  
  
• Pets & Kids are Welcome
  Pets and kids are welcome. Dogs are £10 per week extra and must not be left alone. All kids count as a tenant. High chairs, cots and Z beds are available free.
  
  
• Hot & Cold Drinks Vending Machines on-site
  There are two vending machines on site selling hot and cold drinks and sweets and crisps for your convenience. There is also a cigarette vending machine and smokers are welcome
  
  
• Laundry and laundry service
  There is a commercial size coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer on site. (taking £1 and 50p coins). Our live in manager provides a laundry service for extra charge

  The premises are fully secured by CCTV on all external doors and communal areas for your peace of mind.
  
  
• Deposit
  Payment of £75 per flat per week as a deposit will secure booking followed by balance at least one month before holiday. Cheque, Postal Order, Cash or electronic transfer only.
